"The Hangover" star Zach Galifianakis and Paul Rudd will team up together for the comedy "Will," reports The Hollywood Reporter. The two will be starring in "Dinner for Schmucks," a comedy to be released by Paramount.

Will Ferrell and Adam McKay will produce the film with Valerie Faris and Jonathan Dayton directing. Comedian Demetri Martin penned the screenplay.

The film tells of an ordinary guy (Rudd) who lives in a world where people's lives and destinies are being written by writers in Heaven. The man wakes up one day to find that his heavenly writer (Galifianakis) has quit writing his life, thus allowing him to go through his life unscripted with new potential.
