
Jake Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway ("Brokeback Mountain") are reuniting in "Love and Other Drugs" for director Ed Zwick.
The Hollywood Reporter reports that the film, which is being adapted from the nonfiction book "Hard Sell: The Evolution of a Viagra Salesman," is being written by Charles Randolph.
The book tells of Reidy's life as a drug rep for Pfizer in the late 1990s and the practices of the pharmaceutical industry. Gyllenhaal will play the salesman, who begins a relationship with a woman who has Parkinson's (Hathaway) while on one of his sales calls.
