Could Eddie Murphy be stepping into Richard Pryor's shoes in a biopic?

Entertainment Weekly reports that "Dreamgirls" director Bill Condon is shopping his biopic of the late comedian to studios and independent distributors and has Eddie Murphy attached to star as Pryor. Condon and Murphy previously collaborated on "Dreamgirls."
