The Hollywood Reporter reports that Seth Rogen will produce "I'm with Cancer" with "Superbad" writing partner Evan Goldberg. Rogen will also reportedly co-star in the film in a supporting role.

"I'm with Cancer" is an autobiographical spec script written by Will Reiser and chronicles Reiser's battle with cancer at the age of 25.  Reiser will exec produce the film.

Mandate Pictures is handling production and is sending the project out to directors.
