In a story with the Times Online (http://www.timesonline.co.uk), actor/writer Simon Pegg ("Hot Fuzz," "Shaun of the Dead") revealed that he received a call from Steven Spielberg, who suggested that Pegg try out for a role in the film adaptation of "Tintin," which will be directed by both Spielberg and Peter Jackson.

Says the paper:
