The Hollywood Reporter reports that Moon Bloodgood ("Pathfinder," "Eight Below") will nab the female lead in "Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins," the fourth Terminator film to be directed by McG. David Campbell Wilson, John Brancato and Michael Ferris wrote the screenplay. Warner Bros. is planning on releasing the film in the summer of 2009.

She joins a cast which already comprises of Christian Bale, Sam Worthington and Anton Yelchin.

Shooting is set to begin May 5th.
