Entertainment Weekly (http://www.ew.com) is reporting that Chris O'Donnell is joining 20th Century Fox's "Max Payne," a movie adaptation of the bestselling video game franchise from Rockstar Games. John Moore is directing the feature in Toronto, Canada.

Mark Wahlberg stars in the leading role of a New York City cop named Max Payne who vows vengeance against crime syndicates after witnessing the murdering of his family. O'Donnell will play an executive named Jason Colvin.
