
Variety reports that Marion Cotillard, Channing Tatum, Giovanni Ribisi, Stephen Dorff and Jason Clarke have joined the cast of Michael Mann's "Public Enemies." The script was written by Ronan Bennett, Ann Biderman and Mann.
Johnny Depp stars in the lead role of famous criminal John Dillinger. Bale will play Melvin Purvis, the man who led a team on the hunt for Dillinger and ultimately murdered Dillinger outside the Biograph Theater in 1934. Tatum, Ribisi, Dorff and Clarke will play members on Dillinger's squad while Cotillard will play Dillinger's girlfriend.
Shooting begins in Chicago on March 10 for Universal Pictures.
