The Hollywood Reporter reports that "High School Musical" star Ashley Tisdale will make her feature film debut "They Came From Upstairs" for 20th Century Fox. She joins Robert Hoffman, Carter Jenkins, Austin Butler and Ashley Boettcher in this adventure comedy from director John Schultz. Barry Josephson is producing.

Mark Burton and Adam F. Goldberg penned the screenplay about a group of teens who team up to defend their Maine vacation home from aliens who have invaded via the upstairs.

Production begins later this month in New Zealand.
