Jason Behr is "The Tattooist"

Variety reports that Jason Behr will join "The Tatooist" for Peter Burger. Burger will be making his feature film debut with the project.

Based on a script by Matthew Grainger and Jonathan King, "The Tattooist" will tell of a tattoo artist who becomes fascinated by the Samoan tatau tradition. As he becomes involved with the ancient skill however, he unknowingly unleashes a deadly spirit as a result.

Filming will take place in New Zealand.
